MORONI, June 30 (Reuters) - An Airbus A310-300 from Yemen with 153 people on board crashed into choppy seas as it tried to land in bad weather on the Indian Ocean archipelago of Comoros on Tuesday, officials said.

ZHUHAI, Guangdong, June 24 (Xinhua) -- The development and production of the Dragon 600, intended to be the world's largest amphibious aircraft, has received government approval, AVIC General Aircraft Company Ltd. said Wednesday.
The company said research had begun on the proposed craft.

F-16 crashes in Utah; pilot's condition unknown
TOOELE, Utah (AP) — Military officials are trying to locate the pilot of an F-16 that crashed at the Utah Test and Training Range west of Salt Lake City.
The U.S. Air Force says the aircraft, which is assigned to Hill Air Force Base's 388th Fighter Wing, crashed late Monday night while on a routine training mission.
A search team has located the crash site but the condition of the pilot is unclear and the cause of the crash is not known.

NEW DELHI, June 18 (Xinhua) -- An Mig-21 fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed Thursday soon after it took off from an air base in Assam, northeast India, reported the Indo-Asian News Service.

A military cargo aircraft AN-124 of Russian origin carrying ammunitions and five persons on board tonight intruded into Indian airspace and landed at the international airport here.
IAF PRO Wing Commander T K Singha said the plane, which entered the Indian airspace at around 2000 hrs, did not have the permission to fly over the Indian airspace.
